Hard work. Those are the two most important words for producing results. At USI we believe in the kaizen principle…constant and never-ending improvement. We select the exercises that give you “the biggest bang for your buck” and utilize the right training modalities that are aligned with your goals.
We track every workout by collecting data to know whether or not you’re improving. Like the saying goes, “what gets measured gets improved”. We write it down to prove it.
You won’t find treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes here. If aerobic-based training (traditional cardio) got people fit then everyone at your typical membership based gym would look great, and that’s just not the case. We train to build muscle, get your stronger, and fix any structural imbalance you have. But don’t think for a second that we don’t get your heart rate up.
