I have been able to take my training to the next level at USI. Before meeting Chris I worked out on a very regular basis; however, my training became stagnant. I was not making noticeable gains and felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. I also felt some of my weaknesses could result in injury during my Brazilian Jui Jitsu training.
Over the last 4 months Chris has focused on the areas where I needed improvement. I am doing exercises I’ve never seen before and have made significant gains in my bench, dead lift, and squat. My endurance for sprints and BJJ has also improved dramatically.
Chris’ passion for exercise and healthy living is contagious. I have trained elsewhere and have never encountered an individual with a greater knowledge of fitness. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to get in shape or take their training to the next level.
