I had a ton of blog posts up then I got a malware warning from Google and I had to blow away my entire site. I&#039;m now putting posts back up one by one. The funny thing is I re-read a lot of older posts and now need to re-do them since my thoughts and opinions have changed on some. 

That&#039;s what you get from actually working in the trenches for up to 105 training hours per week.</description>
