ARE YOU BEING POISONED BY YOUR WATER?
There are 4 reasons why you get fat.
- Poor food choices (which includes what you drink)
- poor sleep quality/quantity

With that being said, lets discuss something that may be making it more difficult for you to get lean…the water you’re drinking.
There’s no doubt that drinking water is very important, but every single person that brings a bottle of water into my gym brings in poison.
All water is not created equal. The biggest problem is what else is in your water, such as:
- Chromium 6
- Bisphenol A (BPA)/Plastics
- Trace pharmaceuticals
The only bottled water I’ve found on the market that you should be drinking is Penta because none of the crap listed above is in it. IT’S JUST PURE WATER.
It is more expensive than the toxic filled tap water being sold to you in bottles, but how important is your health?
